Anything over 6'8" is too tall, as a 6'8" man myself I am completely non-biased on this topic.

All jokes aside I don't see any benefit in being over 6'4" unless you play certain sports at a high level. The only benefit to your SMV in being taller than 6'4" comes from being the tallest guy in the social environment you're in (this starts happening regularly at 6'6" if you're at a bar/club) and from being the tallest guy that a girl has met (starts at 6'8" usually).

Even with those benefits, I would still choose 6'4" if I could for physique and gymmaxxing, it becomes impossible to look big at a certain height unless you roid, and even then it is still vastly limited.
