Natural? Aside from sleep, nutrition and healthy habits which can worsen UEE, not much you can do.

Non-surgical? Very little options, you could get fillers.

Surgical? Stated above but either fat grafting or implants. Although if your issue is only UEE, I'd do fat grafting.
