what is up with all the DJS botches?

It seems that there are so many botches when it comes to bimax/DJS, why is that so? even high quality board qualified surgeons are making this mistake, what's going on?

I'm starting to come to the conclusion that soft tissue work is probably more important that messing around with the bones in the face. Facelifts, rhino, fat grafting, seems to be the way forward unless you are giga recessed.

Thoughts anyone?
