What is up with Sylhetis?

I have seen these people mentioned countless times here when South Asians argue, but never understood who and what they are. Who are the Sylhetis, do they mog?

Sylheti basically an indo aryan group. In west of Bengal who look closer to upper class Western South Asians than their Bengali counterparts but I personally feel this is a cope. Most sylhetis I've seen look like regular pajeets with lighter skin and occasionally sharper features. Sylhetis abroad especially from the UK sometimes highlight certain features for identity distinction but they always use some well groomed diaspora
upper class Sylhetis to an average local Bengalis from some sweatshop in Kolkata to prove this.

They are Punjabi-passing at best; not Arab-passing. Not even Punjabis are Arab-passing. It’s very rare for Punjabis.

What does kanglu mean? I’ve seen it used as a slur for them. It reminds me of “kanging.”

Sylhetis are, like other Bengalis, almost 50% AASI with up to 20% Tibetan DNA.

Most of them look like chinkjeets with lightskin, they are nothing special as far as Indo-Aryan groups go, hell they are closer to chinks then North Indians.

Arabs are overrated as fuck tbh, most have currycel tier colouring and features. Only a few ethnic arab groups are somewhat good looking with light features.
