I take 20mg a day.

I meant is this your first cycle, I do a 8 month cycle of 20 mg a day every 1 year 6 months but I'm looking into just staying on 20mg every other day permanently.

I would advise to just stay on a low dose forever,

I take Accutane via prescription. For me to take it forever, I'd have to buy it illegally, which isn't feasible. Not perfect, yet my skin is much better.
