Honestly alcohol is probably worse but if I had to choose to drink or smoke weed id choose to drink because I feel like weed its normal to be doing it almost 24/7 when alch on the other hand u might drink once or twice a week + ngl id rather damage my liver a bit then have brain fog and shitty memory
