Im 178 pounds
I can see my ribs slightly while completely rested
If i put my hands at head level i can see all ribs clearly
My face still looks fat
Still have gyno
Thighs and calves still look fat
Still have a flabby stomach
What is wrong with me

Same but im 140 pounds at 6 feet. Just the lack of muscle. Also, your gyno is not gonna go away naturally.

Start working out and eat in a calorie deficit. Fat can be stored in different places in ur body, it’s all up to genetics. All you have to do is lose the fat. (put down the fork and hit the fucking gym bro)
