Today was a pretty hot day and i tried to get tan, lied down and after 30 minutes i woke up red, its not normal lol but i think it could be about my omega 3 and omega 6 ratios, can you guys tell me whats wrong with my diet and what can i change? Im not gonna ask chat gpt cuz its jewish shit;

420 g Kefir from store with 2 yolks
10:00
420 g Kefir and banana
13:00
450 g cooked potatoes with 6 egg whites
15:00
Banana, kiwi with honey pre
19:00
300-350 g of steak with 4 yolks and medium sized avocado, once in a week in friday i replace steak with some fatty fish, also around 25 g of butter
Everyday i supplement also:
Omega 3
Magnesium
Creatine
Boron
Please help me out
