no need to mention the lightning in the second image, it’s to give better contrast so you can better see what’s fucked.

(images are a few months old, no need to mention hair, it’s fixed)

if your gonions are very inward i believe the most effective approach would be getting custom mandibular angle implants

additionally sliding genioplasty is also an option
