what is wrong with my mouth area

i've always had a problem with philtrum and nasolabial folds wich were mostly due to malar fat pad
but i'm kind of lost on why it looks like i'm a duck when showing my 3/4 profile
i've noticed this in multiple under average black people, their mouth is projecting a little too much and it makes their chin look more recessed
for comparaison it's kind of like blowing air in the top of your upper mouth

here's an irl example of what i'm talking about, it's this exact area being more projected for some odd reason:

i come to think that it is mostly due to my maxilla but i'm not completely sure, is there any procedure i can get to fix it without having to split my skull open or will i have to live with it?

yea it's really annoying,
