what is wrong with my skin

Its not as bad right now but it gets super dry and flaky especially around the outer nose area and i just look disgusting. the dermatologist prescribed me ketoconazole for the nose area but what do i do about all the other red dry spots

Basic skin care, are you even trying if you are not cleansing, moisturizing and applying sunscreen? Try using some cream for hyper pigmentation too.
