I got the worst lighting possible to show my tear trough lines I think that’s what it’s called. I have recessed maxilla? Idk what maxilla is but I read another post that said if you do, you need infraorbital. If you don’t but still have those lines, you can do fat graft. What I do?

I've seen your side and you'd 100% benefit from infraorbital implants.

I don't think your lower maxilla is recessed if I remember right.

The implants would get rid of the undereye hollows.

The only thing I can think of is to have my gums lasered

All the aesthetic dentists in america I went to would only do scapel laser contour and that would hurt very much compared to laser contouring.

I got laser contouring done years ago as kid and it made my teeth look very nice but they slowly crawl back down even though I floss and brush teeth and only drink water and use special gum toothpaste

It's a big ass bone that's in your midface. You aren't recessed, but have weak orbitals.
