philtrum and the mandible.

This face shape is so weird I cant even diagnose the exact issue, slavshits have it. Thank God I dont have this skull shape.

No i dont have any issues with Breathing or Overbite i often put my tounge at my top lip Maybe Because of This it appears that i am reccesed in this pic
