dudes making fun of primal like eating healthy is bad LMAO faggot. but i wake up make some scrambled eggs with kefir and some fruit, then throughout the day i usually eat grass fed beef sticks and for dinner usually steak and potatoes or chicken and potatoes with raw milk raw honeyyyy

i like canes but the chicken itself needs to be more crispy it’s too soggy imo. but the sides and sauce make up for it
