Ye but basketball is increasing my height like crazy no wonder all nba players tall when they even have short Manley parent like JordanI heard swimming is also good for heightmaxxing
I'm a F in all stats jfl.I'm terrible at sports since I used to avoid the ball and stand at the back of the line in PE, but probably best at football (only because the ball is larger and I don't have to catch it) and worst at cricket or any game with a bat and a smaller ball
There are short basketball players too, like Mugsy Bogues at 5'3. The thing is, height is genetic. Basketball doesn't make you taller, it's just that being tall is assosiated with a better athletic ability in basketball.Ye but basketball is increasing my height like crazy no wonder all nba players tall when they even have short Manley parent like Jordan
Honestly if u wana grow taller would recommend basketball and jumping to induce micro fracture even 6’4 stranger told me the same
Tbf mugsy got shot in the spine when he was a kid so he could have potential grown taller. But I do think there's a small link if you play growing up nothing crazy maybe like a couple inches but it's probably just being more active rather than basketball itselfThere are short basketball players too, like Mugsy Bogues at 5'3. There are other short basketballers aswell. Two other basketball players who are 5'5, some even 5'7-5'9 range like Isaiha Thomas (idk how his name is spelled right)Tbf mugsy got shot in the spine when he was a kid so he could have potential grown taller. Yeah I'm just saying there's probably a small like very small corelation but it's probably just from the natural exercise that happens maybe if your young and shit you can gain a couple inches compared to if your just sitting around all day but only due to athletes getting better sun exposure cardio and stuff obviously if you over do it it will most likely be detramental but other than that they probably have better sleep aswell just by proxy but I do agree it's probably not that much height gainThere are other short basketballers aswell.
