Dude have you seen a rhino? Your face is cut open and your nasal bone is exposed. If exposing your bone and pushing your face skin off isn’t invasive compared to other surgeries then idk what it. I’d say the only operations more invasive are brain operations & Lefort.

All surgerys seem complicated or scary. But for an experienced surgeon, a rhinoplasty is easy. That does not alter the fact that complications can occur, but it is statically less dangerous than another operation because it is done more often and therefore more experience and information is built up.
