What is your current bonesmashing and facepulling routine (sets&reps)?

This is how I bonesmash everyday

shit doesnt work man almost gave myself a seizure trying to increase my skull size
 
I hydraulic press my cheekbones 4 times a week
 
I go to the boxing ring and spare with random people and let them hit me in the face. Thats the best way any other method is cope./
