What is YOUR favorite anime and why?

What is your favorite or one of your favorite animes? Please post them in this thread if you have watched at least one anime that is good.

The reason I ask is because my favorite these days is Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood. This thing about Fullmetal Alchemist is it's a great story. There are many (64) episodes. It's very entertaining. A boy loses his arm and his brother loses his entire body to human transmutation. But I also really like Death Note. This has to do with a teenage guy who finds a note that can kill everyone he wants by writing their name. Light Yagami was such a really impressive, intelligent main character. And another really good one is Promised Neverland. They're talking about children in an orphanage and who's behind it and what are the children really there for. And this involves entities and children being eaten and it's a surprisingly dark, evil stuff. The entire series is really good and only has 12 episodes, so I highly recommend it.

I fucking hated fmab I thought it was complete trash. The main characters barely contributed anything to the actual plot and no way the villian actually loses he 100% should have won.

you hate subs?thats just because you are beginning with anime trust me on that one i had the exact same but at one point you will enjoy subs alot more + when an anime is new or ongoing you will have to wait ages for dubbed episodes,attack on titan is one of them aswell so you better off get used to subs trust me

When I was 15 I binge watched an 80s anime called Urusei Yatsura. It's good shit. Not so good if teen love is suifuel for you.
