After eating a low sugar diet for a long time most candy taste terrible or you just cant eat too many of them. For me its probably like 60-70% dark chocolate with nuts

After 65-70% chocolate gets too bitter to enjoy tbh. If you like dark chocolate. 50-60% is the best. Not too sweet and still get the rich flavour of dark chocolate
