Me personally i like raw meat dishes most.

Tabliyeh nayeh is a traditional Lebanese dish, i love it a lot, its raw liver, raw fat and raw meat basically.

I feel happy, alive and euphoric every time i eat it

Only cook the whites, keep the yolk juciy its much better that way.

Make sure your eggs are high quality pasture raised.

The yolk should be orange.
