Sadly never measured girth, but that's what the penis pump is mostly for, so I'm hoping it'll help with that.

I didn't really have a routine. I don't believe in doing some weird exercise like some people.

I would just pull it with enough grip, but gentle enough for it not to be painful, and do that whenever I'm watching videos/movies, or I have my hands free.

My penis extender also arrived at home, but I never had the chance to use it yet, since I'm doing leg-lengthening right now
