Nope I had braces and mse. Which widened my palate. But I have reason to think mewing actually makes the palate more narrow but gives more forward growth. Because during and after mse I couldn't put my tongue on the roof of my mouth to swallow or mew. So idk anymore if mewing can make us look worse or not. For the sake of my theory Chad, did you mew all your life ? Or atleast put tounge at palate/roof of mouth?

I’m asian and I plan on getting a 50 IMW with MSE and FM to maximize my genetics. Not sure why I have such a decent palate I am pretty recessed

I wasn't blackpilled then tbh but make sure you don't get braces as a teen or a child because it will make your maxilla and mandible recessed. Get braces along with mse as an adult or without braces (if possible) . I used to suck my thumb when I was a child because I wasn't breast fed for long and so mse helped me a lot.
