Mine is 64-65mm, still looks kinda narrow cause of my bizygomatic width

Below 60 mm is deformed btw.

Its the best you can do at home, if you do it correctly by closing the other eye when measuring the other you can get pretty accurate results

you have to put the ruler on your nose, sounds pretty unaccurate to me
just go to optometric and get it done for free.
Such methods just likely give wrong results and may damage you mentally

I measured again and got about 66 now

.43 is acceptable, plenty of gl guys with es ratios under .45 one example would be johnny depp

I guess, maybe it helps too that the top of my nose bridge is thin, I also have a 35mm pfl. Short nose too

And edit; my IPD is now in between 63-64, after measuring it more than 5 times. Guess it's lifefuel.

My ES ratio is .44
IPD doesn't matter it's all about ratios man
 
no way you're getting an accurate measurement without calipers. you're all overestimating just like you do for dick and height
