I just measured in the dark so I'm def off a little bit but my mouth is considered narrow and it's 100% between 5-6cm. pretty sure 6.5cm - 6.75cm would be ideal.

my ipd is 65mm but I have big pupils. That's average. 65-70mm is prob ideal athough I'd say it depends on the person and the width of their face. same as with the mouth
