What is your opinion on the "Eye Color Hypothesis"?

This is a hypothesis that people most often choose a person with the opposite eye color as their partner.Even if you remember couples from the media, from the Internet, you can notice that the couple has eyes of different colors.Besides this, I conducted my own personal experiment, I counted 30 couples, and in 20 cases of these 30 couples, the partners had eyes of different colors.This is like confirmation of this hypothesis.What is your opinion on this hypothesis?

excluding ethnic ppl with a jbw fetish, i've never noticed this pattern. and i've been obsessed with eye color since i was a kid making a mental note of what color someone's eyes are every time i see a person. this study only looks at female preferences, but says they all prefer lighter eyes, and that the preference is stronger when the woman's father has light eyes. they also found that the lighter eyed women had a stronger preference for lighter eyed men but only in the study environment, and that irl only the father's color mattered
