What is your pain scale?

People say at the doctors "oh this is an 8" or "oh this is a 4"

My scale would go as followed
1/10 pinning with a 31g
2/10 mild aching after a long walk
3/10 1st degree burn
4/10 twisting an ankle
5/10 stubbing a toe on a hard surface
6/10 breaking wrist/forearm
7/10 fracturing an elbow
8/10 fracturing vertebrae
9.5/10 Large jaw bone exposure from dry socket. "Large" meaning a penny in size- a little bigger.

I've ranked these based on what I've experienced and I'm curious what others pain scales are like.
