If I am already doing heavy bench press (4 sets) and heavy overhead barbell press (4 sets), should I be doing 2 isolation triceps exercises on chest day? I think my triceps is overworked hard

I’m 17 and can oddly 100kg paused IPF standard bench press and 120kg high bar ass to grass except you mog me to oblivion on deadlift. My max on deadlift on a good day is 130kg and that’s if my low back doesn’t give out. I’m on MK677 and have been on aromasin and HGH in the past. Definetely considering oxandralone and test once I turn 18I am natural.
