help me out, I am currently doing chest+tric / back+bic / shoulders+legs, 6 days a week

If I am already doing heavy bench press (4 sets) and heavy overhead barbell press (4 sets), should I be doing 2 isolation triceps exercises on chest day? I think my triceps is overworked hard

If your grip with bench press is somewhat close it’s working even more during it

i am gripping medium-wide for more chest activation

pretty much weekly I have 8 sets of bench, 8 sets of OHP, and 16 sets of tricep isolation, so do I count it as 32 sets of tricep work? I read you should do 16 max as somewhat experienced lifter.


What about biceps? I do one arm cable rows for lats 4 sets and T-bar rows for upper back 4 sets, then 4 sets of dumbbell wrist rotation curls and 4 sets of hammer curls for those forearm gains, should I kick off hammer curls or let it stay?

legs are essential because they make you heavier = you are harder to beat up at the club

I’m much more scared a dude with big ass legs and low back from heavy squats and deadlifts than I am a broccoli hair gym that can only bench press and their squat is the same as their bench

why would you need squat rack don't be a pussy ass bitch, i never squatted in squat rack or with any safety bars, I just walk out with 100kg barbell on my back and squat

you have one rep max calculator on google, dumbbell bench is harder than barbell bench so you'd lift more with barbell I think

you did lift 68kg of weight total for 8 reps which would theoretically make it 84.4kg max (at least)

I can barely bench 110 lbs jfl
My legs are somewhat strong though I can do 220lbs leg extension

I do deadlifts for legs because they make your legs strong without making them big because they're shit for hypertrophy.

How many exercises do you do per muscle group and how many sets/ reps?
Is 3 exercises and 4 sets of 10 reps good?
I usually do back/ biceps/ legs twice a week and chest/shoulders/triceps twice a week.
I build my legs from squats alone and chest from bench press alone

Other than that I do 2 exercises for back bi tri and shoulders and that’s it, you don’t need to do 5 different shits, just do main compounds and then accessory

Squat: 120kg ass to grass, at least 130kg to parallel
Deadlift: 180kg, potentially 190kg with sumo

Yeah tbh I don’t conventional deadlift cuz I can’t nail my form but rn I’m working up to a 200kg trap bar deadlift

Very jealous of the ppl who can nail conventional deadlift form and all that

I am natural.
I’m 17 and can oddly 100kg paused IPF standard bench press and 120kg high bar ass to grass except you mog me to oblivion on deadlift. My max on deadlift on a good day is 130kg and that’s if my low back doesn’t give out. I’m on MK677 and have been on aromasin and HGH in the past. Definetely considering oxandralone and test once I turn 18
