how does it work?

Well, first you need to understand that erdafitinib is a pan FGFR(fibroblast growth factor) inhibitor meaning that it acts on FGFRs 1 through 4, while vepugratinib is more selective, targeting FGFR3 and avoiding 1, 2, and 4. Because FGFR3 sends signals to stop the divison of epephyseal chondrocytes, its inhibition allows for significantly less restricted epephyseal ossification. hope this helped.
