Like 14-14.5 inches, it's impossible to have a thick neck with the way I'm built

16 inches/41 cm.

41.5 cm (about 16 inches). My biceps are bigger 43cm. When I look at my biceps they seem small and my neck is even thinner. I have to add being neckcel to my failos.

Everyone here train till you are at 18 inches
It gives neck halo and if you stay at 18, you lost likely wont get sleep apnea
