What is your version of a perfect society?

I see lots of users complain about how chad gets lots of attention and love and such. How would you seek to fix this? This was a discussion brought up in my class as we were reading a dystopian where people were forced to be equal through means of handicapping.

You can't do it ethically, thats for sure. Eugenics is what comes to mind
