What is Zygo pulling

I need help finding out what zygo pulling is and what it's purpose and stuff is, i tried finding it everywhere but i keep getting videos on thumb pulling on your pallete. Please help and a visual demonstration would be very helpful

using your thumb/palm of ur hands underneath the hook of your lateral zygos and push upwards. Prob another cope

Thats what i kinda need ig, i bonesmashed carelessly years ago and now my left zygo is lower than my right. it makes my cheek much lower than the other one
