What issues have yall had with bonesmashing?

One time the area above the side of my mouth started twitching ( i stopped bonesmashing so hard in that area)
Slight nerve damage


My vision has has just completely got a flash sometimes(happend like one hour ago)

Or my vision would shake(hasnt happened in a while)

Ive been bonesmashing under my eye area like 1.5 inches under my eye area(not on the area where the bone starts to curve to form the eye socket)

Will be way softer in that area now

Only thing that happens to me is it lowki gives me acne and gives me scabs. I have really good swelling from it tho especially zygos
