holy deficit. why r u so low? 2 tbsp of chia seeds with water helps naturally and its actually not cope
 
genuinely ur overthinking it look at what you eat and half the portions + some cardio. certain foods fill u up more for lower kcal jst focus on those

Lean meat, carbs in moderation, fruits, avoid fat. Reta is a good option for fat loss.

Also just make sure to be on a caloric deficit if that wasn’t obvious already
im on 1400 calorie defict im trying to lose alteast 30k or 20kg since this summer i was in horrible depressive episode and gained back the 20kg

egg whites, whole eggs, chicken breast, ground turkey, tilapia, cod, nonfat greek yogurt plain, 1% cottage cheese, cauliflower rice, spinach, kale, lettuce, broccoli, brussels sprouts, asparagus, zucchini, cucumber, celery, strawberries, blueberries, air-popped popcorn no butter, oats, sweet potato, avocado, pb2 powdered peanut butter
