The problem with the evidence is often because it can seem unrelated.
Yesterday, a group of Portuguese health care providers and policy influencers talked an apparent jump in sudden death (cardiac, cerebral vascular events) leading to car crashes, death on the street etc. - associated with recent receipt of vaccine.

This can obviously be hard to track. - Who could imagine a vaccine being related to car crashes? At first glance, it's unrelated, so you don't actually see it. And this is a issue in general.
