Basically I logged out to prove myself that I could do it and focus on myself more properly
lost 6kgs in total since
Have been working out & doing cardio consistently
I did cut out sugar from my life (including fruits cuz i felt like it), I'm on Day 17 of No-sugar and on
day 75 of No-fap and also I started taking methylphenidate for studying etc..
New habits that I've been trying to emphasize:
Reading books ( atleast 15+ pages a day),
Studying (1-2 hours a day),
Skincare (I should probably add more shit as it is quite lacking),
Learning Trading (have been watching courses on youtube),
Learning coding ( mostly using freecodecamp.org and BroCode on youtube)
Learning new languages (I'm using duolingo for now I'll switch to something more efficient once I have time)
Working/Planning my bussines ( it's non-existent rn icl)
Journaling ( to keep track of my days and prevent going into a rut)
My future plans include but are not limited to:
Learning trading & playing around with a funded acc,
Learning enough spanish, german & russian to travel around comfortably,
Getting shredded until summer,
Studying for school and passing with a decent score,
Raise capital for my business via side hustles etc,
Getting a drivers license,
Getting a high score on the IELTS and SAT (I haven't started studying yet
well this is all i could think of for now, I'll edit the thread once I get any other ideas.
