What Jaw surgery to get for Bimaxillary Malocclusion?

I don't want to get extractions because of these brootal before and afters

People told me to get "jaw surgery" instead of extractions but what osteotomy or surgery fixes malocclusion? specifically the asian kind of protrusion where it gives me monkey philtrum and ape side profile with lip procumbency.

Also how do I tell my ortho I don't wanna get extractions because it will make me even more recessed and subhuman
