Yea definitely look into it then!! If not, then babysitting or dog walking. Most people prefer hiring 16+, check with family members or friends to see if someone has a family company or something. Ussually they'd hire you if they know you personally and you're responsible and decently hardworking.

Do not listen to them. I work with tons of (non-major) YouTubers and YT Shorts pays nickels and dimes. Do long form if you're going to try YouTube. The best niches currently that I would reccomend would be:

1. Minecraft Content; Cringy but it does well and is evergreen with how popular Minecraft is, monetized well

2. True Crime; opens gateway to longer content with actual fans willing to spend money on your shit. Monetized well, evergreen, in demand. Amazing for documentaries!

3. Celebrity Drama; Theres always celebrity drama going on but you'd have to be quick to make the videos since it's so time constrained. Pays well good demand but not as evergreen per video, but is evergreen as a channel whole.
