for me i just have the same weekly cycle of being kind of depressed for the first few days of the week, not leaving my house or going school, then realising it’s almost the weekend because by then it’s already wednesday or thursday - lock in till like sunday, then get depressed due to the sunday unemployment paradigm and repeat every week.
