8mg reta is not an extreme dose. Its only an extreme dose if you never used it before. And tbh you get most benefits on 8-12mg and people on research even say 8mg is the sweet spot. If you just want apetite supression use sema tirz or cagri. Reta is much more than apetite control and 8mg is a good dose for the most benefits
