Your skin has multiple different lesions, I'm seeing papules, pustules but most severe of all and the defining characteristic of your current acne severity, nodules. You have a form of acne called nodular acne. Its essentially different to the less severe acne that usually just gives comedones and pustules/papules. Nodular acne is caused by deeper blockages in the hair folllicle followed by a more intense inflammation due to a more aggressive immune response.

Its gonna take a lot longer to heal, whatever you do, DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE OR SCRATCH OR POP OR USE ANY PHYSICAL SCRUBS YOU WILL SCAR YOUR SKIN AND FUCK YOURSELF FOR LIFE. If you have a skincare routine keep at it and the shit will clear up soon enough, if not, at least you'll return to a less severe form of acne.

Also please watch what you eat. I had nodular acne not too long ago and as soon as I stopped gorging myself on goyslop and went back to a cleanish diet I've never had to deal with it again. Nodular acne is the second worst one behind cystic, trust me you don't wanna end up there. Sleep well too.
