yeah when i was younger i would sleep on my right side and chew on the right only so i fucked myself

I was also sleeping on my right side. Now i do it 2 nights on back 2 on left and 1 on right to balance it out.

Ive been doing it for the past 2 months and idk about the diffrence didnt even thought about it because i was already not that asymetrical will probably stop with it in some time and just sleep on the back
