There are lots of options but in general I'd avoid boot/sneaker hybrids, anything over-styled, and fake leather. There are subreddits for this but they are full of soyboys so imo it's better to look through pictures of chads and fuckboys, find a style you like and try to look for the same thing.

I would reverse this, I find laceless boots to look more feminine than a good pair of chukkas.
