Also pretty hard to build one for 400 but it would def be better than anything prebuilt

My reccomendation, buy a cheap laptop for your schoolwork and save up longer and build a better PC.

a used HP Victus or Acer Nitro that has a 4050 graphics card is the best option i can think of at the $700 price point
