Your eye region carries you hard indeed. That said, jaw width & angularity look good. Zygos' definition is good too. Almost every other feature is flawed and would benefit from some type of work. What type of genio plasty i need? Also what will i be with genio plasty and hairline lowering surgery? will i ascend to htn after these?
plus if it was possible to tighten his lower eyelid line to make it straight that could make his eye area even betterdis guy has the most unbalanced facial thirds i ever seen lol hairline lowering and genio maybe 3mm horizontal combined with like 5mm of vertical will mog like crazy ur mid face and eye area are model tier
damn does hairline lowering really lower it by that much thats insane, lifefuel. Say you've been stable on meds for 3 years and got hairline lowering/forehead reduction surgery and lowered your hairline that much and reinforced the area around the new scar, so even if you started losing a bit more hair behind that the hairline doesnt show, and you still have 80% of your grafts left for thickening of any leftover balding spots. Is that a bad position to be in then?Your eye region carries you hard indeed. That said, jaw width & angularity look good. Zygos' definition is good too. As said by @Acquiescence , your current chin shape & width are appropriate and it just needs both vertical and lateral augmentation. It should be a pretty straightforward genioplasty with a good surgeon.
As for hairline lowering, I would advise against if you haven't your hair loss under durable control. I doubt this is your natural hairline placement and design, so that would imply an advanced and agressive loss (given your age). If you're aren't on meds already (finasteride/dutasteride, minoxidil, microneedling), you gotta hop on them right away to stop any further loss.
Hairline lowering is mostly practiced on foids because their hairloss pattern typically excludes hairline recession ; so the hairline can be safely lowered.
For men, I would recommend to have a stable hairline for ~5 years while on hairloss medication prior to considering hairline lowering surgery. You want to make sure that meds are working long term on you first. Otherwise, you could end up with an exposed unsightly scar on the forehead, with the uncapacity to cover lost ground (scar included) with a regular hair transplant. You don't want to be trapped in such a shitty situation due to rushing inadequate procedures.
A low-hanging fruit would be an otoplasty. Your ears are flared and protrude too much. Relatively easy and cheap fix.
Your upper lip lacks a good deal of height. To restore harmony, you could augment it with a lip lift. Another relatively easy and cheap fix.

While your nose looks good from the side, one could argue in favor of a rhinoplasty (tip plasty & alar plasty) to improve the front profile. Indeed, the tip is quite bulbous and the alar base, quite wide. Based on the morph below, I think the procedure could have a nice ROI. But I wouldn't place it at the top of your current surgical priorities.

If you undergo every procedure listed above and it all goes well, you could end up with a very good-looking face. You've got potential.
Yes, it can. The extent it can be lowered to probably depends on your skin laxity. There may be other factors I'm not aware of. You also want to harmonize it with your temporal peaks (projecting them further forward with a hair transplant might be necessary in some cases).does hairline lowering really lower it by that much thats insane, lifefuel.
I would rather advise to wait ~5 years, as there are testimonies of relapse after 2-3 years of treatment. While men who have their loss under control for ~5 years usually keep cruising for longer periods of time ; many testimonies of men on finasteride for 10-15 years with no further loss to report.Say you've been stable on meds for 3 years
Yeah, sure, if it's very mild hair loss, then you can keep touching it up with small FUE procedures. But unless you're the genetic carbon copy of an older family member, it'll be very hard to predict your hair loss' final pattern. So in your scenario, you basically take a gamble, for which you may be rewarded ... or not.got hairline lowering/forehead reduction surgery and lowered your hairline that much and reinforced the area around the new scar, so even if you started losing a bit more hair behind that the hairline doesnt show, and you still have 80% of your grafts left for thickening of any leftover balding spots. damn well thats very annoying, hopefully after this huge ru shed calms down. My hair was like way better a couple months ago before the ru, now that I hopped on(and off four times due to issues regarding delivery which ive fixed, each with a delay of 1 month to get back on) ive lost like 50% of my density in the area I've been applying it too. My hair was like better before that than it was 2 years ago weirdly. Also upped my dose from 0.5 mg dut to 2.5 daily. My hairline rn is like the carbon copy of my father who started balding at the same age jfl he'd fog up his car mirror wnv he got in so he wouldn't look at his hairline. Hes a nw3 at 60 so I don't think its too bad considering both my grandfathers have good hair. I'm hoping I can get a hairline lowering transplant cause I had diffuse thinning to push the thicker band forward I forgot the exact name of the type of reduction procedure then use 1000 or so grafts to reinforce the other areas to get back to a nw1 and hopefully be stable for the remainder of time, atleast for these next 10 years, though everything is a gamble with surgeries and in life, and smts honestly u gt take a gamble to really succeed yk.Yes, it can. As a principle, hairline lowering surgery should mostly be recommended to men who don't suffer from androgenetic alopecia and have just a suboptimal hairline placement.
