Typically approached by women below my looks level, although not always, whereas when I'm the one initiating things the girls tend to be better looking. Both scenarios are unsurprising, of course. Currently dating a girl much younger than me and roughly at my looks level, I'd say, in whose case I'd say we were both pretty much equally proactive in approaching, if this makes sense.
