what kind of jaw surgery would this guy need?

saw this on a surgeons website looking at rhinoplasty’s. what would this guy have to do to have a better jaw and chin? i’m new into looksmaxxing and know jaw surgery is a big thing here. it seems he’d need jaw surgery correct? which kind of jaw surgery etc

why get a rhino without fixing the jaw? seems pointless

true. but would jaw surgery be better? using the bone rather than implants? i’m fascinated with this stuff as im learning about it. does jaw surgery help with narrowness? i’ve read implant can look weird sometimes compared to using the bone but you know more than me about this

like what? jaw surgery and implants after? what are you thinking to fix this and in general would u say this dude can fix it and look better or is he doomed for life.
