Once you looks max , rather than focusing on interacting with women at work , I would focus on joining hobbies or other common interest groups where women go . I would keep work out of this equation . It is not worth it at all to be friends or to interact with women at work , in current era . Also online dating - tinder / bumble should be your focus .
