What kind of nose surgery do I need to achieve these results

Should I do rhino + tip or just rhino or what, I get that Im young but I will never “grow into” my nose its my worst feature everything else can be softmaxxed ive tried hydrocortisone its not working and if im unable to get the surgery ill just stick to hydrocortisone

You're a legit candidate for surgery ; once you're 18yo, I can't see any surgeon rejecting you. So it'll be mostly a financial matter, unless you live in Europe and can get a State-sponsored surgery and/or a supportive health insurance.

Alarplasty and tip plasty. Maybe your columella will need to be grafted, as it looks underdeveloped on that picture.

Also based on that picture, it seems that your mandible is recessed and a bit asymmetric, thus offering poor support to the lower lip, and probably causing an overbite. Is that correct ? Do you see an orthodontist ?

Your undereyes seem to be lacking support too, or maybe you have weak infraorbital fat deposits. Fat grafting may be enough to get rid of the hollowness and darkening. You'll reassess that in due time, when you're >18yo.

You are good candidate but you need to go to a very very good surgeon directly, dont cheap out and find a surgeon who does treat big bulbous noses and removes fat in the same surgery. You are a very hard case, so this is extremly important
