And what would you recommend for a 17 years old guy

For muscle, the common ones are CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin, GHRP-2/GHRP-6, and IGF-1 LR3. They boost GH/IGF levels → better recovery, fullness, slight lean mass gain. Anything that actually works has trade-offs (water retention, appetite, fatigue). Peptides aren’t magic.

anything without any negatives aspects will not give you sufficient muscle gains

testosterone is the best option which actually gives results - and the ROI is much higher than 99% of peptides

(unless you are fat, in which case reta is the best thing ever)

you cant expect everything good to not have drawbacks

you should use trenbolone
